From <a href=\"http:\/\/lukdesign.biz\/papercraft\">lukdesign.biz\/papercraft<\/a> you can download the templates for making 3D houses from paper. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What kind of file do I receive? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The templates are downloadable files with the extension  <strong>.pdf <\/strong>; You must have installed Adobe Reader or a compatible software to read and print the<strong> .Pdf<\/strong> file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This product is a <strong>DIGITAL electronic file (.pdf)<\/strong>, it is <strong>NOT <\/strong>a   physical product. You will receive the electronic file into your email   account or a link to download the file after registration\/payment  confirmation. No  shipping is required. For some files you will receive  also an individual  password.   We recommend to use the same email in  our command page with your PayPal account.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After you receive \/ download the files , print out the template on paper. You can print on normal printing paper or on card stock for better results. Also we recommend to print with a color printer for a realistic effect. Some templates can be printed on black-and-white printer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lukdesign.biz\/papercraft\/papercraft-instruction\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">For print in US letter size click here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are the limitations to the downloaded templates?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are limitations to what you can do with our downloads, such as the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li> Users are not allowed to offer\/ distribute our templates or modified versions of templates for download. <\/li><li>Sublicensing, selling, or renting any of the templates from the website, including their modified versions, is not allowed. <\/li><li> Including template from the website in an online or offline database  or file is similarly illegal as stated under the license agreement. <\/li><li> Users cannot copyright templates and other products originally uploaded by lukdesign.biz. All images and templates on this site are property of  lukdesign.biz .<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can I receive the money back after a purchase? <\/strong>Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations on the purchases.   <strong>All sales are final. <\/strong> Please test first the free products &#8211; free templates of paper houses, roads and streets&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Are there any limits for personal use of templates?<\/strong> Unlimited use for personal use. For commercial use you must contact us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The paper models (buildings and roads) are best compatible with car models with a scale of 1\/64.  In addition for demo purpose, any cars, toys and\/or accessories displayed in our images on the website are NOT included.
